Q: Hi,
How do I clean the Mud River Shotgun Single Seat Cover. Has a lot of dog hair on it...and not my seats which is great! But I just vacuumed my car so figured before I put it back in that I would clean the cover too. Does it go in the washer....dryer?

A: Hi Jason,
The Shotgun cannot go in the washer/dryer. To clean you can simply vacuum, or use a hose to wash and air dry. If there are highly soiled areas mild detergent (such as Dawn dishsoap) can be used for spot treatments.

Cover moved around to much so when I had my double shotgun fixed by a seamstress I had her sew on adjustable nylon straps with snaps for easy on/off. Works awesome now!

I have a lot of mud river equipment. Love it all. The shotgun seat covers are impractical because they move around a lot. However they are easy to remove and clean as well as great ground cover.

great overseat cover for the dog when he is riding copilot……..we live in Montana so a great multipurpose item for the truck…..works great as designed, also as a ground cloth or for an outside dog bed when camping or an insulated wrap in safety orange……I also have the 2 Barreled back seat cover(5 STARS) which is awesome whether I fold the back seat up or down….total coverage…….to keep the front Shotgun cover in place I have thought of cutting a short piece of dowel rod and tucking it between the seats back and bottom…..yes people in and out do move it around but the dog doesn’t……so no big deal for me.

I bought two single seats and rear seat covers for my pick-up. Great quality, top notch but will not stay in place on the single seats. Such a shame. Mud River should offer a fix. Clip on straps or something.
