I have this case in 52 and 54 inch. I wouldn’t trust my firearms with any other brand. Boyts quality and durability are unmatched. The quilted interior not only protects but doesn’t tear like most brands in the soft case category.

I have many Boyt products including 10 Signature Series Shotgun Cases. I had an old one with a broken zipper and mailed it to Boyt. Boyt put a new zipper on it and mailed it back to me, it looks and works like new again.

Q: My gun has a overall length of 48” what is the correct length of case should I buy?
— Asked by Mark Lindholm on November 26, 2017
A: We recommend the 50" or more.

Q: I purchased this case from a local dealer, wanted to know how to register it.
— Asked by myracs on November 30, 2017
A: Hello, I have sent you a direct email for further instruction. Thank you, -Briana
Q: Based upon the answer to one of the previous FAQs, I'm guessing that the bag length should be at least 2" longer than the overall length of the gun. Is that correct? Also, when do you expect to get the khaki cases back in stock for SKU: 0GCWC4406? Thanks!
— Asked by Steve on February 14, 2018
A: Hi Steve, Yes you want the case to be 2" longer than the overall length of the firearm to ensure a proper fit. It looks like they will be back on stock around 3/1/2018. If you have any further questions please let me know. Thank you, Briana
Q: Is there anyway to get this case in a 40" version? I know the Alaskan series comes in a 40" version but the Signature series is much higher quality.
— Asked by Connor on February 19, 2018
A: Hi Connor, Unfortunately we do not make the Signature Series in a 40". What type of firearm are you needing this case for? I will pass this information along to our R & D Department. Thank you, Briana
Q: In response to Briana, I was needing this case for a Model 1873 lever action rifle, which is 38" long. I already have this case in the 44" model for a shotgun I have, and the lever action fits perfect aside from the length.
— Asked by Connor on February 21, 2018
A: Hi Connor, Thank you for letting me know which model of firearm. I will pass this along to our R & D department. If you have any further questions please let us know. Thank you, Briana

Q: I am in need of a leather 1" replacement strap on my 40 y r old Boyt Shotgun case. The old strap is leather and approx 36 " long and tan in finish. Do you have straps available, at what cost, and how do I order? Thankyou.
— Asked by David Conley on August 1, 2020
A: David, We do offer replacement straps through customer service. They are a slightly different color than the original and the cost is $15.00 plus $10.00 shipping. Call customer service at 1-800-550-2698 to place an order. Thanks, Lori

Q: 46.75 inch Browning BPS. Will the 48" work or would you suggest the 50". I prefer a snug fit but do not want the zippers marring the ends of the gun.
— Asked by Steve on August 26, 2020
A: Steve, You should be ok with the 48". We normally suggest going 2" longer but 1" has shown to be ok unless the gun has an odd fit. Thank you, Lori

Q: Sure wish you would offer this in a 40-inch model for us lever action folks (38-inch long rifles). Don't want to have to buy a 44-inch case and have 6 inches of extra case flopping around at the barrel end.
— Asked by James on September 19, 2020
A: James, The Alaskan Series case does come in a 40" length. It is the same case as the signature series but without the leather sling and spine. Thanks, Lori
