Refund policy

If you have purchased an item from www.boytharness.com and are unsatisfied with our product, please call customer service at 641-342-6773 to obtain a return authorization number.  If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you will be refunded the full postage cost once the return is processed if the item was purchased in the contiguous U.S. Customers who are returning items from outside the contiguous U.S. are required to cover the return shipping cost.  Ship return items to Boyt Harness, One Boyt Drive, Osceola, IA 50213.  Please reference your return authorization number on the outside of your package.   For purchases made outside our website, please return items to the location they were purchased.
