I have used Boyt in the past and am pleased with the quality.
I am very pleased with the quality and price of the heart shaped handgun case. It is very well made and I will definitely order more.
I contacted you 3 times and I purchased 8 cases some from Amazon and 4 directly from you. They were all the wrong size, too big on 2 and 2 small on the other 2 and you said it was the Korean maker that you now have. I said I was unhappy with my purchase on the last 2. The first 2 were too big but at least my guns fit. The last 2 were too small and you said I can send them back but I have to pay for shipping. I already paid to have them shipped to me. Very happy with the product and how it was handled.
Hi Jeff, we're sorry to hear about the sizing issues and the inconvenience with returns.
The cases that you purchased from Amazon that were too big and made in Korea were being made too large (both length and height). We realized this issue, so changed manufacturers to produce this product in the correct sizing. These sizing issues have been corrected for some time now. We will put interior height dimensions on the website asap to deter future confusion.
Thanks,
Boyt Harness
Pistol case fits my Browning High-Power perfectly with room for (3) fifteen round magazine (legal in Illinois). Classy look as well. Thanks Boyt!!
