Sportsman's Rolling Duffel

I had an earlier version of this bag that I hauled all over the country, and beyond. I liked it because it had a compartment in the bottom that would hold a hard gun case, or fly rod case, thus eliminating another piece of luggage and the dreaded baggage fees. Unfortunately, it wasn't constructed of really heavy material, and there was nothing to support the lower compartment but the zipper. And, predictably, the zipper failed from airline abuse and the weight of the gun case.
This Sportsmsn's Rolling Duffel got it right: much heavier canvas, sturdy wheels and pull handle, and most importantly, massive canvas straps that support the weight of the lower compartment. A huge improvement, and I expect many years of service from this bag.
