Never received item

Item which somehow ended up being purchased threw Shopify which I do not have any type of dealing with never arrived. Was rerouted by UPS and then returned to Boyt Harness.
Apparently I am not alone with regard to issues with UPS deliveries or lack thereof. Also have not determined how Shopify somehow became involved in my purchase. In any case I have not received item however it has shown up on my credit card billing which I will contact my card holder and detail the manner by which this transaction has occurred I have contacted customer service at Boyt and will see if they can correct the issue. Will reconsider purchasing from Boyt in leu of this transaction
